A cupping in Portland
The people behind this coffee

Martha Mendoza grows coffee in the mountains of Honduras, and taught her son Jocsan to do the same — his Natural sits next to this one on the shelf. Her honey process dries the beans with some of the fruit still on, and the sweetness it leaves behind is the whole point.

Tastes like: passionfruit · caramel · honey

Every pound sold puts $0.25 into the Lost & Found Impact Fund, spent in the communities that grew it.

How we brew it

Let it rest a week. Then 1:16, 94°C.

Coffee isn't best the day it's roasted. This one peaks two to three weeks after the roast date on the bag. Pour-over or drip; a little coarser than you think.
