The people behind this coffee

Grown by a group of local farmers in Colombia and decaffeinated with ethyl acetate made from fermented sugarcane — a natural process that leaves the coffee tasting like your favorite coffee. Washed, then medium roasted so the chocolate comes forward. The black label with the moon is the one you reach for after dinner.

Tastes like: chocolate · vanilla · orange & cherry finish

Every pound sold puts $0.25 into the Lost & Found Impact Fund, spent in the communities that grew it.

How we brew it

Let it rest a week. Then 1:16, 94°C.

Coffee isn't best the day it's roasted. This one peaks two to three weeks after the roast date on the bag. Pour-over or drip; a little coarser than you think.
