Shipping policy

Roasted weekly, shipped fresh.

We roast every week in Portland, Oregon, and ship your order within a week of roasting. That means your coffee is never far off the roaster when it leaves us — and it also means we’re not a two-day-anywhere warehouse. If you’re running low, order a few days ahead.

Where we ship. Anywhere in the United States, and to Canada. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination (USPS or UPS). Shipping is free on two bags or more.

Local pickup. We’ve moved into the Nourish Building in Old Town, Portland. Free local pickup will start once our space opens; until then, we ship.

Passport deliveries are shipping-included; the price you see is the price you pay. They ship on our weekly roast schedule, every week, every two weeks or every month depending on the cadence you chose.

Tracking. You’ll get a tracking number by email the day your order ships. If a package shows as delivered and isn’t there, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then write to us — we’ll sort it out.

Canada. Duties and taxes, where they apply, are collected at checkout.
